HOW DOES A WEB STATION WORK?
A specially designed computer terminal runs a Linux based operating system through a bootable CD.
The elimination of a hard drive and a Microsoft Windows based operating system makes this a low cost
solution for providing Internet access in hotel rooms and vacation rental units.
CONNECTIVITY:
Can be connected to a broadband Internet connection though an on-board Ethernet (RJ-45) or a Wireless
Wi-Fi connection using equipment purchased from Emergency Management Solutions, Inc.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Broadband (Cable or DSL) Internet Connection
2. Ethernet (hard wired) connection to a LAN router or an available Wi-Fi hotspot
